THE RESIDENTS OF 60 CIRCLE ROAD love to hike together, especially on Mt. Tam and at China Camp, and we practice meditation frequently. In addition to bowling and Special Olympics, our gentlemen attend poetry readings and other authors’ events at local bookstores.

Singing along with the Karaoke machine at home is always fun, especially when a “semi-professional” singer friend steps over to lend a little harmony. We take occasional trips to San Francisco, whether to view the Queen Mary II up close, to visit an art museum, or to attend the local Farmers’ Markets.

Noni has lived here the longest, since 1972! He loves sports and movies and goes to the cinema with his Mom and sisters 2 or 3 times a month to view a newly released movie.

Eric is a huge Bay Area sports fan and especially loves the Golden State Warriors and the Oakland A’s. When he isn’t reading the latest copy of Sports Illustrated or a good book, such as Hemmingway’s “The Old Man and the Sea”, you might find Eric listening to his radio. If you want statistics, especially on one of thee aforementioned teams, Eric’s your man!

David H. is our traveler. He flies solo to visit his brother and parents every year, not to mention trips with his family to New York to visit other relatives. Every three weeks, David takes the bus to spend the weekend with his aunt and uncle in the South Bay, attending plays, movies, or activities in which his cousins’ children are involved.

David W. is our happy-go-lucky guy who loves playing his vinyl. There is no doubt that David is most happy listening to live jazz where he can be seen bobbing his head and snapping his fingers to the rhythm.
